WDM With LD&PD:
WDM Series are WDM Series with Coaxial Laser and Detector, use InGaAsP/InP MQW chip and InGaAs PIN, which has features as follows: low noise, low distortion, excellent isolation, high reliability, high linearity and wide communication band. The laser diode and detector are mounted into a coaxial package with single mode fiber pigtail.

Our mini-TOSA (transmission optical sub-assembly) is built on a 3.8mm CAN, designed for use in the small form factor, and small form pluggable MSA transceiver modules.

We provide the components that are used in Optical Modules and Assemblies. We have the ability to design and provide products from a trial sample basis up to a mass production level. Optical Modules are divided into two industry types. One type is known as Receptacle Modules. This type is represented by a TOSA (Transmitter Optical Sub-Assembly) and ROSA (Receiver Optical Sub-Assembly) Assemblies. The second type is known as Coaxial Modules which consists of Fiber Pigtails.

Triplexer series is 1310/1490/1550nm single fiber optical device designed for digital Bi-directional and analog receiver. It is suitable to use in the digital/analog FTTx application. Integrated with two kind of coupler, the first is 1310nm/1490nm splitter and the second is 1490/1550nm filter.
The transmitter section incorporates an advanced FP/DFB laser diode can be operated up to 1.25Gb/s, the 1490nm receiver section incorporates an efficient InGaAs/InP PIN photodiode, the 1550nm receiver is a broadcast, low distortion photodiode. The most compacted and cost-effective WDM can be provided in a single fiber. The triplexer can be built for a wide variety of data communicate applications to implement high-speed extends up to 10b/s signal rates, long distance up to 20km. 9/125μm diameter single mode fiber with an optional connector.
QSFP28 Optical transceiver module is designed for use in 103 Gigabit Ethernet links over 10Km single mode fiber. They are compliant with the IEEE 802.3ba. Digital diagnostics functions are available via an I2C interface
CFP/CFP2/CFP4/CFP8 module supports a link length of 10, 20, 30km kilometers on standard single-mode fiber (SMF, G.652). 100 Gigabit Ethernet signal is carried over four wavelengths. Multiplexing and demultiplexing of the four wavelengths are managed within the device.
QSFP+ (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable Plus) is a new Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) for high speed application, such as 40G-BASE, which provide four channels of data in one pluggable interface. Each channel is capable of transferring data at 10Gbps and supports a total of 40Gbps.
The 40Gbps QSFP+ transceiver is well suited for Infiniband and 40GBASE-SR4/40GBASE-LR4 applications. It combines the higher density attractions of parallel modules with some of the key advantages normally associated with SFP+ based modules. It is intended for use short reach applications in switches, routers and data center equipment where it provides higher density and lower cost when compared with standard SFP+ modules.
HighEasy Coarse wavelength division multiplexer (CWDM Mux/Demux) utilizes thin film coating technology and proprietary design of non-flux metal bonding micro optics packaging. It provides low insertion loss, high channel isolation, wide pass band, low temperature sensitivity and epoxy free optical path.
Our CWDM Mux/Demux products provide up to 16-channel or even 18-channel Multiplexing on a single fiber. Due to the low insertion loss is needed in WDM networks, we can also add “Skip Component” in a CWDM Mux/Demux module to reduce the IL as an option. Standard CWDM Mux/Demux package type include: ABS box package, LGX package and 19” 1U rackmount.
For DWDM Mux/Demux, besides the common filter type DWDM, HighEasy also offers a whole range of Thermal/Athermal AWG products to meet the need for dense channel DWDM products, including 50GHz, 100GHz and 200GHz AWG. Channel number from Thermal/Athermal 200G 16 channel AWG up to Thermal/Athermal 50G 96 channel AWG packed in a single package.
PLC Splitter:
Planar Lightwave Circuit Splitter (PLC Splitter) is a type of optical power management device that is fabricated using silica optical waveguide technology. It features small size, high reliability, wide operating wavelength range and good channel-to-channel uniformity, and is widely used in PON (EPON/GPON) networks to realize optical signal power splitting.
FBT Coupler:
HighEasy Fused fiber optic couplers (FBT Coupler) are designed for power splitting and tapping telecommunication equipment, CATV networks, and test equipment. This kind of small components are available individually or integrated into modules for fiber protection switching, MUX/DMUX, optical channel monitoring, and add/drop multiplexing applications.
WDM:
HighEasy Fused WDM is also based on Fused Biconical Taper (FBT) technology, it is used to combine and separate optical signals transmitted on different wavelengths. Compare to the filter type WDM (FWDM device), fused WDM offers low insertion lose and much lower price and it is widely used in optical transmission network and network status monitoring.
HighEasy Mechanical Optical Switch is not affected by the polarization and wavelength. It supports all wavelength at 850nm and 1260nm~1650nm. It provides high reliability, low insertion loss, fast switching speed and bi-directional performance.
