Responsibilities:
- Form and execute a sales strategy to achieve sustainable, profitable revenue growth
- Identify, screen, pursue and track new sales opportunities while growing existing business
- Lead and manage price/share negotiations, pricing roadmaps and maintain favorable share position
- Manage day-to-day sales activities such as quotations, booking, shipments and inventory
- Provide periodic forecasts through forecasting system in a timely and accurate manner
- Establish and maintain all levels of relationships with customers to deliver HighEasy's value proposition and enhance HighEasy's position
- Willing to travel at least 30% of time both domestically and internationally
Requirement:
- Strong interpersonal, presenting and negotiating skills
- Sound written communications (emails, proposals, PowerPoint slides) and verbal communications skills (making presentations, conference calls)
- Proven to be a self starter, team-player and result driven
- Solid analytical skills in deciphering marketing and finance data to effectively unlock customer's value and make data-driven sales proposals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word and etc.
- Previous sales, technical marketing and/or product line management experience, preferably in Broadcast, Telecom, Datacom or optics industry
- General fiber optical component, module and system knowledge required
Education:
- Degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent knowledge/experience in the field, MBA desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience related to sales development and management with a history of success in a communications products.
